A major initiative I built at the Craft Brew Alliance was the Graphics Request System. 

The system was introduced back in 2015, and will be used through 2021. 

I worked with a Sharepoint developer to build out the site and create the ability to capture metrics based on requester, priority, job size, and brand. This has allowed CBA to see the request process in great detail. 

To date the system has handled over 5,600 individual requests between 3 designers. My portion of those requests is well over 2,700 jobs since 2015.
