One of the duties I was tasked with at the Craft Brew Alliance was to build out their Brandfolder site. Brandfolder is a large digital asset management platform used by major brands. Since I constructed the initial infrastructure in 2017, CBA’s Brandfolder now hosts 5,438 active assets, for which I've been the administrator. 

It was especially challenging to nest the 8 brands within one Brandfolder site. Typically there would be an individual site for each brand.Managing to nest the brands under one site saved the company thousands of dollars. 

I also created the specs for images and files to be uploaded to the site. This is important since the brewing industry also needs files prepared for other large corporate asset managers such as Kwikee and Big Tin Can. After researching industry standard practices for the initial asset manager that existed when I started in 2012, I determined a spec that’s still used to this day and is compatible with all asset management systems.
